Glacier Model Management was founded in January 2019 by international model, photographer, makeup artist, and all around creative Adrianna Moss, and has quickly become the leading mother agency for development, worldwide placement, and career management in Montana + United States. Adrianna has been an industry member for over 10 years working for big name giants including Target, Nike, Spanx, SimplyBe, Walmart, and more. She has taught many workshops and classes for modeling, photography and makeup around the country, and has a passion for assisting models + creatives to achieve their goals and future careers.

Glacier is an inclusive Mother Agency, placing models worldwide with top agencies including IMG, Elite, True, Dorothy Combs, SLU, Stars,10 Management, Ford, O Models, Genetic, Wilhelmina, and many more. Once a model is placed with an agency, Glacier continues to work with our models throughout their careers as managers, offering guidance as well as securing a place for them in constantly evolving industry. Although Glacier Model Management is currently based in the beautiful big sky state of Montana, we represent and manage models based worldwide. Glacier Models is also a member of The Mother Agents, an invitation-only exclusive directory of the top mother agencies worldwide.

It is important to know that Glacier Models is NOT a booking agency or modeling school. Our structure + philosophy is working one on one with our models from discovery to career, and to ensure that the best plan is devised based on what direction is ideal for each individual. We keep our board of models small, because we believe in quality over quantity. Since Glacier is exclusive and only represents a small number of models, if approached by a Glacier scout or agent, you may have the opportunity of pursuing a career in modeling. Being represented by Glacier Models, a model can rest assured that a plan will be mapped out based on what is that individual’s most suitable career plan.

Glacier Models does not have requirements on height, size, age, gender or nationality, as we are dedicated to a very unique + diverse board of models and always strive to push the boundaries for inclusivity within the industry.
